正如乔帮主所说：我们就是要在世上留下一些痕迹的，不然存在的意义是什么？“Put A Dent”（“留痕”），是2022年在西雅图地区注册的非盈利组织，旨在为其他公益组织和个人提供信息系统建设和长期技术支持。创始团队在微软和Meta等科技公司任职，有多年投身公益的经历和热情。

目前Put A Dent支持如下公益组织和项目：

Otherwise why else even be here?” — Steve Jobs. “Put A Dent” is a Non-Profit Organization providing technical support for other NPOs or individuals for positive social impact. The founding team are working in tech companies like Microsoft and Meta, with many years experience and passion in making the world a better place, one minor cause at a time.

As for now “Put A Dent” is supporting the following NPO and projects:

• Hometown Education Foundation (HEF, a 501(c)(3) NPO founded by Prof. Tonghai Yang in 2004 to help the poor kids in China to continue their VERY BASIC Elementary through High School Education, and in some cases their college education too)
• China Tomorrow Education Foundation (CTEF, a Seattle-based 501(c)(3) NPO dedicated to improve education in rural China and prepare children to become responsible global citizens by renovating schools, establishing libraries, supporting teachers, funding scholarships, and promoting public awareness of rural Chinese education conditions)
• 003 Smile Financial Aid for Poor Students in Yingshan middle school, Sichuan, China

We plan to build a few open source projects for facilitate NPO to sponsor basic education for needed kids, and for other NPOs to provide search and rescue service. Please feel free to reach us (putadentnow _AT_ gmail.com) for either technical needs, similar minds, or internship as tech learner.
